Expanding the XG sensor line: more classy options

Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide announces the extension of the XG sensor line for Pulsar thermal imaging riflescopes. First up are the Thermion 2 LRF XG50 and the Talion XG35 thermal scopes, to be revealed at the Shot Show 2023 trade show in Las Vegas. The new riflescopes will add even more options to the current Pulsar product line.

Talion XG35: compact and ergonomic

One of our newest riflescope models, the Talion has quickly become a favourite of hunters due to its lightweight, compact design and versatility of use. After introducing the XQ38 model last year, we are now bringing the XG35 edition to the table. It features a larger, 640x480 pixel resolution and 12 µm sensor in the same compact Talion body.

The main stand-out difference of the new Talion XG35 model, compared with the Talion XQ38, is the fast-aperture F35/1.0 lens that helps to collect even more heat signatures.

Due to its compact design and ergonomics the Talion is perfect for stalking and making crucial decisions fast.

A selection of three signal amplification levels in combination with new image processing algorithms and fine brightness and contrast adjustments ensures perfect detail recognition as well as clear rendering of objects and backgrounds.

The Talion XG35 comes with conveniently placed controls, replaceable battery pack and advanced functionality. In addition, the integrated fin lever for precise focusing adjustment helps to set correct focusing fast, even in complete darkness and without looking at the riflescope.

Thermion 2 LRF XG50: long distance precision

The XG sensor now also comes with the Thermion 2 LRF, our premium flagship riflescope line. With the XP and XQ models already in use, we are introducing the XG edition for even greater choice.

It features the same body as its twin brother the Thermion 2 LRF XP50. Experienced hunters will love this riflescope for its image quality, built-in laser rangefinder and limitless use. The LRF measures distances up to 800 metres, while the fin focusing lever allows for ambidextrous and precise focusing.

The combination of the sensor’s 640x480 pixel resolution at 12 µm and a 50mm fast aperture lens brings us to the main difference: an increased base magnification of 3x together with a detection range of 2300 metres. This is the go-to riflescope for hunters aiming for smaller game at longer distances.

The Thermion XG is powered by a dual battery system with hot-swap technology. It allows you to easily change the external battery while running the device on the internal one.

The Talion XG35 and Thermion 2 LRF XG50 are both excellent riflescopes in their class. If you hunt on the move and prioritize compact ergonomics, you will love the Talion XG35. However, if you are looking for a classic 30mm ring riflescope with higher base magnification and LRF for longer shot placements – the Thermion 2 LRF XG50 is the way to go.

The Thermion 2 LRF XG50 and the Talion XG35 will be available from Q1 2023.

Come and visit our stand #11419 at Shot Show 2023 to have a look at the new XG line of thermal imaging riflescopes: the Thermion 2 LRF XG50 and the Talion XG35.
