Pulsar starts the year with a bang with new product launches at the 2022 SHOT Show

Yukon Advanced Optics Worldwide has big news for the 2022 Pulsar line-up.

Our thermal imaging riflescopes family welcomes the Thermion 2 LRF XP50 PRO and the Talion XQ38. Meanwhile the monocular line is complemented with the Axion 2 XQ35 and its LRF version. These new devices will be launched at the 2022 SHOT Show in Las Vegas. Visit our booth No. 12211 to experience first-hand the latest device technology. See you in Vegas!

Distance assessment for precision shooting

First in the line-up is the long-awaited thermal imaging riflescope, the Thermion 2 LRF XP50 PRO. With this device we have added the missing piece of the puzzle to the classic Thermion design – a built-in precision laser rangefinder. This seamlessly integrated compact laser rangefinder fits into a single optical channel. With a measuring distance of up to 800 metres and thermal detection range up to 1800 metres, this riflescope is the ultimate device in detection capability and for achieving exceptional accuracy.

The most detailed target recognition, advanced functionality, and, most importantly, precise gauging of distance, prove more effective than ever, resulting in an accurate shot from a greater distance.

Tailored to your needs

The Thermion is joined by the compact thermal imaging riflescope, the Talion XQ38, notable for its versatility, comfort of use and greatly advanced functionality.

The user-centred design of the Talion XQ38 proudly caries the Made in Europe flag and is designed to fully adapt to the hunter’s needs. Starting with the multi-point mounting prism for exact positioning on the rifle, simply move the riflescope back and forth until reaching the most comfortable viewing position.

To eliminate distractions as much as possible, we designed a unique battery cover for the Talion – a rapid extraction latch for fast and flawless battery replacement even in complete darkness. We also simplified access to the controls and implemented a new touch feature, which is particularly convenient for night shooting – a precise focusing ring with an integrated fin lever. This enables correct focusing in an instant, with no need to look at the riflescope.

Better quality, better price

Last but definitely not least is the Axion 2 XQ35 and its LRF version of thermal vision monoculars. These feature a high sensitivity French-made Lynred thermal imaging sensor, upgraded image quality and extended battery life, while maintaining the premium feel of European design and best in class measuring accuracy. All this comes at a better price than ever before.

The new added image processing algorithms and fine brightness and contrast adjustments combined with the three available image amplification levels are the hunter’s best ally for early detection and recognition of an animal under varied weather and temperature conditions. The spotter with built-in precision laser rangefinder gives the hunter an eagle eye sensation – a precise sense of distance, which is essential for making the right decision. Plus the high-quality reinforced magnesium alloy body makes this device a dependable and resistant hunting companion.
